"When we walked in to the hotel the place was just breathtaking it was luxury you wouldnt find at a normal holiday hotel."

the gym features well equipped equipment. i also liked i was able to find free towels available near the pool. these touches made things easier.
i noticed the sound proofing between rooms wasn't great. it was a little disturbing.

i found the staff to be very attentive and helpful throughout my visit! they promptly addressed all my inquiries and ensured i had everything i needed. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable environment for relaxation.
this was a minor inconvenience, but it sometimes impacted my schedule.

the gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i saw two pool tables and a foosball table also available. the hotel included a mini-market, conveniently open until 1 am for essential needs.

it was like we waited an eternity just to go up or down. the room service? slow i guess. and the food? pretty uninspired i must say. definitely not what i expect after a so called 5 star rating, or any rating for that matter.
